Purpose

Building a dream requires resilience. At Ebony Sonshine, Inc., we know that the entrepreneurial journey includes setbacks and triumphs alike. You are not alone. Visionary H.E.L.P. is an initiative designed specifically to offer guidance and assistance to entrepreneurs within our family as they navigate their journey toward purpose.

Mission Goal

To develop a network of purposeful entrepreneurial relationships that foster growth, leadership, and community impact.

Who Qualifies?

This initiative is designed for youth and young adults (including former participants and children of active ESI volunteers/leadership) who fall into the following categories:

1. Aspiring Entrepreneurs: Must have a realistic idea and the dedication to work and follow a structured business plan.
2. Established Business Owners: Must have a registered EIN, a legal corporate structure (LLC, Sole Proprietorship, etc.), and a business account (may or may not have one established yet).

Note: An in-house participation agreement is required for all members.

Our Collaborative Framework: T.I.P.S. & W.I.L.L.

We offer T.I.P.S. through Collaboration:

• Training: Offering classes, workshops, and shared experiences.
• Investing: Assistance with financial literacy, budget management, and connecting you with corporate resources.
• Promoting: Social media support, website features, and community recommendations.
• Supporting: Mentorship through introductions to potential customers and industry advisors.

We expect W.I.L.L. from our Entrepreneurs:

• Willingness to Listen: Hearing guidance on business plans, marketing, and operations.
• Interest in your Vision: Taking full ownership of your journey and attending all provided training.
• Living out the Plan: Actively meeting with ESI leadership and executing the agreed-upon strategy.
• Leaving an Impact: Investing back into the initiative through donations, services, or volunteering to P.A.S.S. Forward (Provide Assistant Support Services Forward) to the next generation.
